Nobody wants to reach out to a stranger without knowing how it goes. So here is exactly what happens, start to finish, with no surprises and no pressure at any step.

A photo is the fastest path to a real answer, but a rough description works just fine too. We only need to know roughly what you have and where you are.
We Take a Look and Get Back to You Fast
Once we see what you have, we reply with your options, usually within a few hours. Most pickups are completely free, and we never charge to take your books, DVDs, or CDs. Some collections work the other way around, where we pay you, depending on condition and demand. Either way, we tell you straight up front, so there is nothing left to wonder about.
We Pick a Time That Fits Your Schedule
When it is a fit, we set a pickup time that works for you. We are around seven days a week, morning through evening, and we plan around your day rather than the other way around. Would you rather not be there? Plenty of pickups happen right off a porch or out of a garage. You leave the boxes, we take care of the rest.
We Do All the Lifting
This is the part people are most relieved about. You do not need to sort, box, or haul a thing. We bring the boxes, we carry them out, and we load them up. A few bags or several rooms, it is all the same to us. You point, we lift.
You Get Your Space Back
When we pull away, your shelves are clear, your closet is open, and you have one less thing weighing on you. If your collection qualified for payment, that is in your pocket too. No mess left behind, no hassle, and no cost to you.
Where Your Books and Movies End Up
This is the part a lot of people love most. Usable items are donated to libraries and donation centers around Erie, so a collection you spent years building goes on to help someone else. We run library donation drives through the year on top of that. Nothing usable goes to waste.
