The Whole Process Fits in Four Steps
Some collections are big, some are small, some earn payment, and some are free pickups. Whatever yours turns out to be, this is the road it travels.
Step 1
Tell Us What You Have
Text us a photo of the shelves. That is genuinely the whole first step. No counting, no lists, no spreadsheets. A rough description works too if photos are not handy.

Step 2
Get a Straight Answer
Every collection lands in one of three lanes. A free pickup, a pickup with payment, or a partner cleanout for the rough stuff. We tell you which lane you are in and why, before anything is scheduled.

Step 3
Pick a Time
Morning, afternoon, or evening, seven days a week. Meet us at the door, point from the garage, or leave boxes on the porch and never see us at all. Perfect packing is not required. One general area is plenty.

Step 4
We Do the Lifting
We box, carry, and load. If payment was part of the plan, you are paid on the spot by cash or digital payment. Then we are gone, and your room is yours again.

One More Step, if You Want It
Tell a friend, a neighbor, or the family member settling an estate. Our referral program pays a cash bonus when a connection you make turns into a pickup.
